Temporarily changed index.html to be a copy of the poster for the Fete, with links to new page index.htm which has the usual index information. Other New pages: fete:htm, Fete04poster.htm . 11^thMay2004.: Recd e.mail from iofm asking for info on number called and to try to upload again, which I did. The original problems remain but I now have two alternative dialup numbers that do work, and reported same to Wayne of iofm.
Updated: newsheadlines.htm , index.html and updatelog.htm . Then received latest information from PAGE and amended them all again and the PAGE.htm page, and added new pages: PAGEupdate-11May04.htm and PAGE-comments_form-minerals-for_individuals.htm .

6^thMay2004.: Tried to log on again but same as 4th. Phoned iofm helpline (0871 2236200), "Wayne" gave me a test dialup number that can be used until they find out what is wrong (08451121000) .

16^th October 2003. The pdf version of August News And Views did not upload properly on the 13th so another version was uplinked. New page and corresponding index page button added for propertypage.htm . Updates made to contacts.htm and also more minor changes to church.htm and news.htm .

13^th October 2003. Added October Church Newsletter, pdf version of August News And Views and button and picture of archeological survey for PAGE.

24^th September 2003. Some of yesterday's update did not show up so redid. Added new button on the Index page leading to new page Broadband4DraytonStLeonard.htm to register interest in better Internet connectivity in the village, and added link to this page from the internetcafe.htm page.

23^rd September 2003. Finally got Fete pictures on the site, Fete2003.htm , linked from a new button on the Index page. Added flood comparison levels to dslpics.htm .

16^th September 2003. The Index page had problems after last update. A TR instruction after the NEWS paragraph resulted in an extra column. Removed, also some other formatting errors corrected. Index page now views correctly in Internet Explorer 6. Please let me know if you see problems anywhere on the site when viewing with other browsers.

12^th September 2003. Caught up with these pending updates:- Added August News & Views linked from News page, August Parish Council Minutes linked from Parishcouncil page and September Church Newsletter l inked from Church page. Updated contacts and childminding pages. Dave's house agent changed in forsale page. Minor corrections to About page. index and updatelog pages updated as usual.

13^th July 2003. Unable to work on editing Fete photos. Turned out to be due to virus. Eventually worked out problem and cleared viruses 8 Sep, by adding Norton AntiVirus 2004 to the PC. No updates actually made until 12 Sept, thus no changes were made to the web site during the virus period, thus the website is not affected by the problem

20^th June 2003. Index page had lost pictures (probably due to work on 13th and 18th being done on laptop instead of Tristan's PC) so proper indax page reloaded. Loaded a .tif version of May News and Views. Will get or borrow a proper scanner.

18^th June 2003. Added front page of news & Views to Fete information. Faxed to e.fax then converted to tif. Better result than trying to convert Word to HTML.

13^th June 2003. Added information on Fete and minor changes incl sp correction in link to Thomas Merrifield.

24^th May 2003. May 2003 Parish Council Meeting Minutes added. Reloaded News & Views newsletter as images missing last time. It is still in HTML.

20^th May 2003. May 2003 edition of News & Views newsletter added. It is in HTML rather than Adobe Acrobat and looks different to the printed version. Minor corrections elsewhere.

11^th May 2003. Corrected corrupted links on Index page. (Tristan's PC back in use.) Updated local information page.

^5th May 2003. Parish Council pages - added minutes of April meeting and agenda for May. Used laptop for updates as Tristan's PC (with web files on it) is not working after an upgrade. (Please let me know if you have problems viewing the site).

12^th April 2003. Some missing back issues of the village newsletter have been added. Steve Cox is taking over as the new webmaster so a few pages have been updated to reflect this change.

8^th February 2003. Contacts page updated with new email address for newsletter submissions, and contact details for village playgroup. Also Newsletter page updated with new email address.

3^rd February 2003. Beer Festival page. Once more Charles Dickerson has kindly supplied a write up and photographs of the latest Beer Festival. To make things clearer, the Beer Festival page has now been split into a main page, and sub pages linked from that for the write ups of the 2001 and 2002 events.

12^th January 2003. The More about Drayton St Leonard page was updated to include information on the January 2003 floods, and to fix the link to the Environment agency website. I have also added another link to the little barn cottage websites pictures of the flood.

9^th January 2003. Pictures of the village page. In January 2003, the village was flooded, the worst flooding the village has seen for at least 18 years. Fortunately only about 4 houses were actually flooded inside. The Little Barn Cottage website has posted some pictures of the floods on their site. I have added a link from this sites "Pictures of the village" page to their pictures of the flood.

6^th January 2003. Links to other Oxfordshire villages page. Links to OxTowns.co.uk and SearchUno.co.uk added.

30^th December 2002. Links to other Oxfordshire villages page. Updated to add 13 new links to more Oxfordshire villages. Broken link to Villages Online fixed.

29^th November 2002. Pictures of the village page: War memorial picture replaced with a new one in colour, showing the spectacular display of flowers. Thanks to Mick Brown for his hard work in maintaining the garden around the war memorial.

28^th November 2002. Discussion forum, and forthcoming events page updated to new layout and colour scheme.

25^th November 2002. Beer festival page updated to reflect that this years event has passed. New page added giving guidel ines on adding your own page to the website, together with a template page

24^th November 2002. Remaining files updated to the new layout and colour scheme.

23^rd November 2002. Started to give the whole site on overhaul, implementing a new layout and new colour scheme (based on my other websites). This also tidies up a lot of the code used, and makes the pages easier to update in the future. Initially just the home page and this update page have been revised. Two new pages added describing the tasks of the new webmaster, and describing our house that will be for sale next year.

12^th October 2002. Whole site re located to new web host. Index.htm renamed index.html. All links to index page updated to reflect the name change. The move to a new host means that now all pages are hosted in the same location and there should be fewer pop up adverts.

5^th September 2002. Update to beer festival page - correction of wrongly published date of 2002 beer festival. Update to Contacts page - District councillor details added.

10^th August 2002. Minor correction to Public Internet facility page. Update to beer festival page - date of 2002 beer festival now decided. Update to Contacts page - change of Parish Council clerk. Update to main page - first notification that a new webmaster will be needed next year.

2^nd August 2002. Public Internet facility page updated, now that the internet terminal is installed and working.

27^th July 2002. New Parish Council page added, including the FAQ about the new code of conduct for town and parish coincils

26^th May 2002. New page added about the public internet facility in the village. History Book page updated with new contact for book ordering.

12^th March 2002. New bellringing page added. Page submitted by Hilarie Rogers.

5^th February 2002. New page header slightly refined. New link added from "More about Drayton St Leonard" page to some details of the River Thame from a canoeists point of view. "Links to sites related to Drayton St Leonard" updated to correct some changed links, and add new links to Independant Safety services, and to my other website about digital television.

28^th January 2002. The "Pictures of the village" page has had its page header updated for the new standard format. A link to a new Aerial photograph from the Chiltern Flyers website has been added.

26^th January 2002. The "Links to other web sites related to Drayton St Leonard" page has been re formatted to two columns, and a new link to the Chiltern Flyers web site was added.

20^th January 2002. The standard page header has been updated to include a thumbnail picture of the village Church which is also a hyperlink to the home page. This update log page was added, and there were some minor changes to the text on the Child Care page and home page.

16^th January 2002. Major update to Beer Festival page. Content submitted by Charles Dickerson, including photographs of the event.
