Election of Chairman George Farrant proposed Simon Richards for Chairman. Ann Spears seconded. This was unanimously agreed by all present. Simon Richards proposed Charles Dickerson for Vice-chairman. George Farrant seconded. This was unanimously agreed by all present. |

Acceptance of office All newly elected councillors signed their acceptance of office and agreement to abide by the Code of Conduct. Action: All councillors to complete register of interests and return to Sarah McNamee |

Minutes of the previous meeting for approval Minutes of the previous meeting held on 31 January 2005 were signed as correct. |

Report on actions outstanding from the previous meeting 44/06 Village Hall Simon has received an expression of interest from Geoff Ball in the village to do the work on the village hall. Simon will discuss with David Watkin. 06/05 Boundaries of Ford Cottage Action: Simon Richards to send details to John Howell County Councillor to take forward. |

Village maintenance Charles prepared a summary statement on the position of the pub at the moment. To take anything further, it would need to be discussed with Charlie. Security in the village was raised at the Annual Meeting of the Parish. It was agreed that we would ask if there was anyone in the village interested in running the Neighborhood Watch programme. Action: clerk to put notice on board. |
